Sunrise over Maroon Bells

It’s Thursday and time for a little throwback to last year. While we didn’t have the luxury of time on our side we did happen to arrive in Maroon Bells near the peak time for Autumn foliage. On one of the only mornings that wasn’t rainy or snowy we were able to enjoy a beautiful sunrise of Maroon Bells. It is easily understandable why it is one of the most photographed mountains in the US.

Tetons in Autumn

Captured this image last autumn while visiting Grand Teton and Yellowstone National Parks. This specific view is from Oxbox Bend at midday. Despite the constant flow of tour buses coming and going, we were fortunate enough to find a couple minutes without the crowds.
